Hyatt Regency Hesperia Madrid

We have stayed here several times over the years since prior to Hyatt buying the hotel out. The staff has always been exceedingly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel is situated in a good location that is close by taxi to any city attraction, or walking distance if you like to stretch your legs.

I was given an upgraded deluxe king room in a very high floor (8 of 9 floors the hotel has). I needed a late checkout because my flight was leaving at midnight next day, and they allowed late checkout free up to 2 pm and with an extra cost until 6pm which I took of course. The room was impressive, the bed was giant with very comfortable pillows, for the end of our trip it was an energy recharger. Shower was amazing as well as the bathrobe. Staff was super friendly, helpful, always thoughtful and helping even without asking, very polite. WiFi was the best of all the places I stayed during our trip through Europe. The city view from the 8th floor was impressive, seeing the main "Paseo de la Castellana" avenue

Clean, good location and amazing staff. The staff members were so helpful, I injured my foot and they were so kind to me. I wouldn’t have known what to do if if it wasn’t for them. The concierge had recommendations and called places to speak to them for me as I couldn’t speak Spanish. I would definitely stay there again.

Checked into a room which was very noisy, like a washing machine shaking badly. Went down to ask for another room which I got without any problems. New room was on the front side, but had double windows to block out noise. Perfect.

The room, location, gym views and availability of the front desk. Overall the hotel, super nice.
